摘    要:研究了抽油杆材料20CrMo钢穿透长、短裂纹和表面长、短裂纹在近门坎区的裂纹扩展行为。结果表明:短裂纹比长裂纹的裂纹扩展速率更快,门坎值更低,表面允许裂纹深度更小。因此,用长裂纹扩展速率和门坎值计算抽油杆剩余寿命,比考虑短裂纹效应的要高,最好使用裂纹扩展速率与有效应力强度因子幅计算抽油杆的剩余寿命。用短裂纹的门坎值重新计算了D级抽油杆各关键部位允许存在的裂纹尺寸。

Abstract:The difference between the extension of short cracks and long cracks on 20CrMo steel is investigated. The resultshows that the extension rate of the short crack is higher, its threshold value and the allowable surface crack depth areminor than that of the long crack. Therefore the residual life of sucker rod calculated by the extension rate and thresholdvalue of the long crack is higher than that calculated in consideration of the short crack effect, and it is preferable to cal-culate the residual life of the Sucker rod by the crack extension rate and the effective stress strength factor amplitude. Theallowable sizes of the cracks on the key locations of the sucker rod is calculated again with the short crack threshold.
