扇形驴头抽油机的研制

摘    要:在游梁式抽油机的基础上,通过将摇杆改成由大小两个扇面组成的扇形驴头,将连杆改成柔性传动件,研制出了扇形长冲程抽油机。工业试验结果表明,这种无游梁抽油机的动力性能明显优于游梁式抽油机:最大悬点加速度降低15.9%,最大扭矩因数降11.15%,平衡率提高35.2%,节能效果良好。另外,这种抽油机兼有游梁式抽油机结构简单、工作可靠、维护方便等优点。

Abstract:The long stroke pumping unit with fan-shaped horsehead is developed by substituting the rocker with the fan-shaped horsehead comprised of two fans of different radii, and the pitman with flexible transmission. The experiment shows that the dynamic pertormance of this unit is obviously better than that of the beam pumping unit: the maximum polished rod acceleration and maximum torque factor being decreased respectively by 15.9% and 11.15% and the balancing rate being increased by 35. 2%. In addition, the new unit has still the advantages of the beam pumping unit: simple structure,reliable operation and easy maintenance.
