钢管水压试验微机检测装置的研制

摘    要:介绍了钢管水压试验微机检测装置的组成及原理。做钢管水压试验时,压力传感器检测的压力信号经放大、A/D转换后送给计算机,在显示器上开窗口显示出试压值,同时对数据进行高速处理、判断,并输出状态信号。当试压值达到给定值后进行保压计时,并实时显示保压过程中的压力-时间曲线。若在保压时间内某一时刻压力值低于给定值,则输出加压信号;当压力值达到给定值保压一定时间后,便输出卸压信号并自动卸压。硬件设计中采取多种措施抗干扰和消除零漂;软件设计中采用了动态坐标自动生成、所采数据误值剔除、多窗口、图形数据库的建立、实时计时中断及与PLCX联网等多种新技术。

Abstract:The structure and principle of the computer inspection system for steel pipe hydIDstatical test are introduced. Duringthe hydrostatical test of the pipe, the pressure signal checked by a pressure sensor is tiansferred into a computer after being amplified and A/D transformd. The pressure value is then displayed on the computer, and simultaneously the data isprocessed and judged at high speed and the state signal is printed. When the test pressure reaches the given value, thesystem begins pressure holding and timing and carries out real-time display of the Pressure-time curve. If the pressulevalue is lower than the given value at a momnt of the pressure holding duration, the signal of increasing pressure is given, and when the pressure value reaches the given value and the pressure is held for a certain time , the signal of pressurereleasing is given and Ihe pressure is released automatically. In the design of hardware of the system, measules of antijammng and zero-drift suppression are adopted; and in the software design, such new techniques as the dynaJnic coordinate automatic forming, rejecting ermrs of data acquisited, multiple windows, constructing grap datahase, interruptingreal-time timing and cor-inecting with PLC are adopted.
