摘    要:为满足三次采油工艺的需要,设计了一种新型注聚合物地面设备──—ZJ30注聚合物分散溶解装置。该种装置采用了闭环控制定量供水,变频器无级调节计量下粉和气动送粉,以及强制混合等项技术,具有随配随注、连续配液、连续注入等功能,粉、水分散状态良好,混合均匀。采用计算机与可编程控制器(PLC)组成集散化控制系统控制整个工艺过程,所以自动化程度高,运行可靠。整套装置还具有设备体积小、结构紧凑、安装与搬运方便等优点。经胜利、华北、大港等油田使用,增产效果明显。

Abstract:To meet the need of tertiary oil lecovery, a new surface apparatus for polytner injection - Model U30 polymermixing unit is developed. This new unit realizes quantitative water supply, automatic powder metering and pneumaticpower feeding, has the function of caping out miting and injection continuously. The technological process is controlled by computers and programmable logic controller, therefore the unit is highly automtized and reliable. The unit hasthe advantages of small size, compact stmcture and is convenient to install and move. Field operation shows that rmarkable plnduction increase can be achieved hy using Model ZJ30 polymer ndving unit.
