浸入式抽稠油泵及其配套工艺

摘    要:阐述了浸入式抽稠油泵的结构及其抽稠油原理。其抽油特点是:1.改变了普通泵的进油方式,将稠油吸入泵腔变为柱塞浸入稠油;2.进油通道大、阻力小;3.采用液力反馈技术,将油、套管之间的液柱压差转化为抽油杆柱的下行动力;4.配套工艺可实现一次管柱注采循环生产,不配泄油器自动泄油,正、反向洗井和压井,不动管柱实现大排量冲砂。

Abstract:The design feature and working principle of the submersible subsurface pump for viscous oil recovery are expounded.The pump is characterized by: 1. changing the mode of oil suction, i. e. making the plunger immersed in the viscous oil; 2. having large passage for oil entering; 3. transferring the pressure differential of the fluid column between the casing string and tubing string to the power for the downward moving of the rod string by using the hydraulic feedback technique; 4. adopting preferable matching technology to realize cyclic operation of steam injection and oil recovery, automatic oil releasing, positive and revease well cleanup and well killing, and large-displacement sand washing.
