摘    要:利用平面啮合理论的齿廓法线法研究了单头单螺杆水力机械螺杆-衬套副的共轭线型特征,并对其几何曲率、啮合线形状和滑动系数等基本特性进行了分析。认为单头单螺杆截面线型是一个偏心距为RG、半径为R的圆,与之共轭的衬套截面线型是由两个半径为R、圆心距为4RG的半圆和两条相距为2R的平行线所组成的光滑封闭曲线。单头单螺杆与衬套共轭线型相互啮合时的啮合线,是一个半径为等距圆半径R的圆,啮合圆圆心位置是变化的。

Abstract:By using the flank profile normal method of the plane engagement theory, the characteristic of the conjugate line pattem of the screw-liner pair on the single head single screw hydraulic machinery is investigated, and its geometric curvature, conugate line shape and slide cocfficient are analyzed. It is indicated that the section of the screw is a circle with an eccentricity of RG and a radius of R, and the section of the liner is an enclosed smooth curve comprised of two semicireles with a radius of R and a concentricity of 4RG and two collateral lines with a distance of 2R. The conjugate line of the screw and liner is a circle with a radius of R, and the center of the engagement cirele is movable.
