油管排放装置传递机构优化设计

摘    要:对油管排放装置传递机构的特点、运动形式和受力状况进行了分析,并通过优化设计得到了该机构主要结构的最优尺寸解,从而满足了油管在传递过程中必须始终保持平动和稳定,同时机构的能耗应最小的设计要求。设计分析表明:1.平行四边形机构可以用于油管传递机构,结构尺寸优化是设计的关键。2.机构中各杆件的长度对传动性能的影响不同,曲柄影响最大,连杆影响最小。3.零件的尺寸精度对机构的受力状态影响较大,最好成对加工。4.在抓放油管时应避开杆件重合位置,以减少冲击。

Abstract:The design feature, motion pattem and force condition of the transfer mechanism on a tubing handling system are analyzed, the optimum dimensions of the main structure of the mechanism are obtained hy means of optimum design,therefore the design requirements of the system, including the tubing being kept translational and stable in transferring and the energy consumption of the mechanism being minimum, are satisfied. Analysis shows that: 1. the parallefogram mechanism can be used as tubing transfer mechanism, and the key point of the design lies in the optimization of the dimensions; 2. the influence of the length of the rods of the mechanism on the transfer performance is different, the influence of the crank is the gnatest and the pitman the least; 3. the dimensional accuracy of the component parts has remarkable effect on the force condition of the mechanism, therefore they had better being machined in pairs.
