摘    要:针对斜直井有杆泵抽油杆扶正器安放间距计算通常只考虑抽油杆本体与油管的摩擦,而没有考虑抽油杆接箍与油管的磨损问题,采用变形能原理推导出新的计算公式,从而提出了一种新的计算方法。与目前常用的几种计算方法对比表明,该方法简单可行。给出了该方法的应用条件,并进行了实例计算,证明该方法准确可靠。根据计算的安放间距安放抽油杆扶正器,可大大减轻斜直井有杆泵抽油系统中抽油杆和油管的磨损。

Abstract:In the calculation of the space between sucker rod stabilizers in slant holes, oaly the friction hetween the sucker rodand the tubing was taken into considemtion, while the wear between the sucker rod coupling and the tubing was ignored.A new eqUation is derived by using the deformation energy principle, thereby a new simple method for calculation of thestabilizers space is offered. The conditions for the application of the new method are presented, and an example of calculation is given and it proves the method reliable. The wear between the sucker rod and tubing in slant holes can be greatlyreduced hy spacing the rod stabilizers according to the calcuating result.
