三牙轮钻头系统可靠性的预测与评估

摘    要:利用三牙轮钻头的设计、加工及现场使用的数据资料,建立了三牙轮钻头系统故障树。在对系统故障树进行定性和定量分析计算的基础上,运用可靠性技术和数理统计等有关知识,对三牙轮钻头系统可靠性进行了预测与评估,并建立了牙轮钻头现场使用数据库。在评估过程中采用加权系数和补偿系数的方法,使得对三牙轮钻头可靠性的评估更具有实用性。在对钻头进行评估的同时,还可以及时发现三牙轮钻头在设计、制造及现场应用中存在的问题。

Abstract:By utiliking the data obtained from the design, machining and application of a tricone bit, the systematic fault tree of the bit is established. Based on the qualitative and quantitative analysis and calculation of the fault tree, by using the knowledge related to reliability and mathematical statistics,prediction and evaluation of the systematic reliability of the bit are condueted, and the database for the field application of the bit is established. By adopting the weighting factor and compensating factor,the evaluation is made more prartical. In the evaluation of the tricone bit, problems with the design, manufacturing and application of the bit can be found in time.
