摘    要:要对抽油机的设计提供较为精确的理论计算依据,必须对抽油机进行弹性动力分析。为此,建立了抽油机的力学模型,导出了用有限元进行弹性动力分析的动力微分方程。考虑到抽油机低速旋转的特点,将动力微分方程简化成准静态的线性方程组,大大节省了计算时间。又因为考虑了动力效应,计算精度得以保证,计算结果更接近于实际工况。对CYJ10-3-53HB常规式抽油机进行了编程计算,可知最大应力值较低,表明目前抽油机的设计偏于保守。

Abstract:To provide a basis for precise calculation of pumping Unit, it is necessary to make a elastodynamic analysis on the u-nit. Thereby a mechanical model for the unit is established, and a dynamic differential eqations for the elastodynamicanalysis hy the finite element method are derived. The equations are simplified to quasi-static linear equation set in con-sideration of the low rotary speed of the unit, thus far less calculation time is needed and accuracy of the calculation isassured. Model CYJ10-3-53HB pumping unit is calculated on computers, and the resull shows that the maximum stress islow, and this indicates that the design of present pumping units is rather conservative.
