摘    要:介绍了抽油杆检测台液压系统的组成及自动控制流程。针对调试过程中出现的顶弯抽油杆、划伤抽油杆挡肩与压力继电器误动作等问题,提出了改进方法。在主油缸的无杆腔进出油路上并联一个电磁溢流阀,可实现卸压缓冲,解决顶杆问题;在主油缸两腔之间加装一常断式二位二通电磁阀,可实现差动缓冲,解决划伤抽油杆挡肩问题;在压力继电器的控制油路上加装螺旋阻尼器,可防止压力继电器误动作。

Abstract:The composition and automatic control process of the hydraulic system of a sucker rod inspection table are introduced. In the light of the problems with the inspection, such as bending the rod, scratching the shoulder of the rod and incorrect action of the pressure relay, measures for improvement are put forward. The pressure can be relieved and the bending of the rod can be achieved by mounting an electromagnetic relief valve on the inlet line of the rodless chamber of the main cylinder; differential cushion can be achieved and the scratching of the rod shoulder can be avoided by adding a two-position two-port electromagnetic valve in parallel with the two chambers of the main cylinder; and the incorrect action of the pressure relay can be prevented by adding a screw damper on the control line of the pressure relay.
