关于修井机井架“爬行”现象成因的思考

业内人士将修井机井架在升降过程中出现的非连续性串动称为井架“爬行”。为解决这一个多年来困扰制造厂和用户的问题，江汉石油管理局第四机械厂在出口修井机的起降试验中，加大研究力度，在排除种种次要影响因素之后，认定井架上体左侧单片的挠曲变形，是造成井架“爬行”的主要原因。据此，并考虑到井架已经装配完成的实际情况，采用了对挠曲变形的凸起部位进行矫正的措施，终使“爬行”现象完全消失。此外，还在井架结构设计、制造工艺和检测方法等方面，进一步分析了引起“爬行”的各种因素，提出了预防“爬行”的基本思路。

Cause of uncontinuous play of mast of workover rigs

Based on the test of travelling of the lnast of a workover rig, the authors declare that the main cause of the uncontinuous play of the rig mast lies in the bending deformation of the single pieces on the left side of the upper part of the mast.Thereafter the authors offer the measures for elimimating the deformation. In addition, Ihe authors present a basic idea forpreventing the uncontinuous play of the rig mast after analyzing other causes of the mast play.
