| 摘 要： | 复合转鼓式校直机采用了转向相反的两个转鼓以及大斜角圆弧反弯辊形（孔形）等先进技术，校直时被校直钢材不旋转，具有校直精度高、噪音低、粉尘少、操作安全等优点。复合转鼓式校直机是冶金和机械行业的理想校直设备，经在5个普通抽油杆和空心抽油杆生产厂应用，管材和棒材一次校直后的直线度均在2：1000以内。

| Abstract: | The compound drum straightening machine straightening machine adopts two drums rotating in opposite directions and circular-arc inflected rollers with large slope angles. It demands no rotaion of the straightened steel material, and has the advantages of high staightening accuracy, low noise, less dust and being safe. Application of this machine in five sucker rod manufacturing plants shows that the linear degree of the tubes and bare once straightened is within 2: 1000. |
