炉卷轧机轧辊温度场分析及冷却制度研究

摘    要:针对南钢3500mm炉卷轧机轧辊冷却效果不佳造成其使用寿命较短的问题,对轧辊的温度场及冷却制度进行了分析和研究。采用有限元法对轧辊轧制过程及轧制间隙过程温度场进行了模拟。并设计了正交试验,讨论了喷嘴形状、冷却水压力、喷嘴与辊面距离、喷嘴与轧辊角度对轧辊冷却的影响。根据试验统计结果,确立了新的轧辊冷却制度。新冷却制度的应用有效改善了辊面产生网状裂纹现象,使轧辊磨削深度由原来的2mm降低至1.5mm。

Abstract:The heat conduction and cooling system was analyzed,according to shorter life-span of the roll of 3500mm Steckel mill of Nanjing Iron & Steel Co.,Ltd.Finite element method was used to simulation of work roll temperature fields.The influence of nozzles shape,cooling water press,distance and angle between nozzles and roll on the cooling effect of work roll was analyzed.The new cooling scheme was obtained based on test resultes.The practical application indicated that the the grinding depth of roll decreased f...
