柴油机排气微粒过滤与再生装置新型结构的研究

分析了柴油机排气微粒对环境的污染和人体健康的危害。阐述了中国拥有大量低技术水平的柴油机而使用柴油机排气微粒过滤与再生装置的重要性。在分析世界上已有结构优缺点并进行大量新型结构试验的基础上 ,得出了一种过滤机理及效率、压降、再生方法及周期和时间、减少能耗等都比较好的新型柴油机排气微粒过滤与再装置。还介绍了此新型结构应用到城市公共汽车上的使用方案以及在中国的其它领域乃至全世界的应用前景

The Study on New Type Structure of the Diesel Particulate Filter and Regenerator

In this paper,the environmental pollution and its harm to people's health caused by particulate emission from diesel engines are analyzed.The importance to use the diesel particulate filter and the regenerator is described on the condition that China has a great quantity of diesel vehicles with lower technical levels.The creation of new-type structure of the diesel particulate filter and the regenerator and the detailed explanation of its filtering mechanism and efficiency,pressure drop,regeneration method,period,time,energy consumption and thoroughness are based on the analysis of the merits and demerits of the existed structures in the world and a great number of exploration tests of mew type structure.In addition,this paper introduces the utilizingscheme of the new filter and regenerator in the city bus and the application prospects in other fields in China and even in the world as well.
