石油矿场机械双万向轴传动的优化设计

摘    要:对于广泛应用于石油矿场机械的双万向轴传动,为减少功载荷的影响,在设计时,应在满足强度、刚度、振动条件、边界条件及稳定条件等各项要求的同时,尽可能减轻中间轴的重量。为此,应用可行方向法对其进行优化。在优化设计中,要注意合理地选择目标函数和确定约束条件。以ZJ15A型钻机驱动转盘的双万向轴传动为例,优化后重量可减轻15~45%。


Optimum Design of Drive Systems with Double Hooke's Joint
Abstract:As related to applications of double Hooke's joint in drive systems of oil field equipment, emphasis will be on the reduction of undesirable effects of dynamic forces. Thus, while meeting the requirements of strength and rigidity, as well as vibration-, boundary- and stability-conditions, the intermediate shaft should be as light as possible. Feasible direction method of optimum design is applied and the proper selection of objective function and constraint conditions are taken into extra consideration. As an example, the weight of the Hooke's joint for rotary table drive on Model ZJ15A Rig may reduce by 15-45% through optimization of design.
