| 摘 要： | 作为新型逆变弧焊电源核心技术的软开关技术,它较好解决了具有关断拖尾特性的IGBT开关转换,同时大大减少了变换器的环路损耗。电源的主要开关功率器件进行的是零开关,减少了功率器件的电压、电流应力。

| Abstract: | Soft-switching is the key technology to improve the reliability of inverter arc welding power.In this way,on one hand the IGBT with tail current canbe easily used for full-bridge soft-switching converter,on the other hand additional circuiting energy is greatly redued. |
