| 摘 要： | 污水处理厂运行效率定量评价是当前污水处理行业管理与研究需要解决的问题。文章借助于数据包络分析方法在效率评估中的应用,构造了污水处理厂运行效率定量评价模型。将其应用于22家同规模污水处理厂(10万吨/日)的运行效率评估,证明了模型的可行性,同时利用求解结果提出了相应的改进方案。实践证明:该模型弥补了当前对污水处理厂效率评价主要来自定性判断和缺乏系统的定量研究的缺陷,不仅可以定量评价污水处理厂的效率,还可为污水处理厂效率的改进指明方向。

| Abstract: | The quantitative evaluation of operating efficiency for sewage treatment plants is an issue,which remains to be solved for the current sewage treatment professional management and research.According to the operating conditions and considering the DEA method in the efficiency appraisal application,this paper proposes a model for quantitatively evaluating the operating efficiency of sewage treatment plants and the feasibility of the model was verified by the evidence offered by the quantitative evaluation for 22 sewage treatment plants with the same scale.The model not only can quantitatively evaluate the operating efficiency,but also can point out the direction for the efficiency improvement of a sewage treatment plant. |
