傅里叶变换光谱仪动镜运动控制仿真

摘    要:在傅里叶变换光谱仪中,动镜按一定规律进行往复运动。一般控制方案采用直线电机直接推动,但在体积小而高分辨率的傅里叶变换光谱仪中,直线电机要做得很长,不是很合适。采用无刷直流电机进行动镜控制;分析了无刷直流电机(BLDC)数学模型和动镜速度均匀性对光谱仪的影响,采用自适应在线遗传算法整定的PID控制和传统PID控制方法分别进行仿真控制,着重分析了带负载无刷直流电机的控制效果,并人工加入负载扰动。仿真结果验证了采用合适的控制策略控制无刷直流电机可达到傅里叶变换光谱仪对速度均匀性的要求。

Abstract:In Fourier transform spectrometer,moving mirror reciprocating according to certain rules.General control scheme using linear motor to push the moving mirror directly,but in small,high resolution Fourier transform spectrometer,the linear motor is improper because it must to be made very long.Brushless DC motor(BLDC) is used to achieve better control effect with the advantages of small volume,light weight,high efficiency.The mathematical model and transfer function of BLDC are analyzed,and the effect on the Fourier transform spectrometer caused by the speed of the moving mirror is also analyzed.In simulation,the BLDC joined by load disturbance is controlled by PID algorithm and PID parameters are set by genetic algorithm (GA) in real-time.The simulation results show that using the PID parameters acquired by GA in real-time can get good effect in the project and using BLDC to control moving mirror is a new and effective way.
