23MnCrNiMo52钢制圆环链热处理工艺研究

摘    要:对 2 3MnCrNiMo5 2钢制圆环链进行了循环淬火和调质等工艺处理 ,通过拉伸检测和显微组织观察分析可知 ,循环淬火和调质预处理工艺均有效地改善了钢的组织 ,细化了晶粒 ,尤其是低温回火获得含有大量位错的低碳板条马氏体及均布于其内外的金属碳化物微粒 ,大幅度提高了 2 3MnCrNiMo5 2钢制圆环链的强韧综合力学性能 .

Abstract:The 23MnCrNiMo52 steel round link chains are treated with cycle quenched and the quenched and tempered technology.Through the tension tests and the microstructure examination and analysis,we can know that the treatment technology of the cycle quenched and the quenched and tempered can improve effectively the microstructures and the refining grains of the 23MnCrNiMo52 steel.The low carbon martensites containing much dislocations and well distributed metal microcarbides are obtained through low temperature tempering,which can improve greatly strength toughness comprehensive mechanical properties of the 23MnCrNiMo52 steel round link chains.
