摘    要:依托95598客户诉求平台,通过应用大数据理论来挖掘客户诉求信息,扩展系统数据挖掘与分析功能,根据客户关注点及请求频率等特征,按照偏好标签库和交互频次设置,提供个性化的交互服务,解决了人工分析效率低下等问题,提高了客户诉求服务的整体水平。

Abstract:Based on the 95598 platform,through the application of big data theory,it can explore dig customer demand information,and expand the system data mining and analysis function.According to customer concerns,request frequency and other characteristics,and in accordance with the preference tag library and interaction frequency Settings,it can provide personalized interaction services,solve the problem of low manual analysis efficiency and improve the overall level of customer demand service.
