摘    要:针对高速列车侧墙6N01铝合金型材,主要从焊缝成形、焊缝气孔率、接头强度、焊接变形、焊接效率、金相组织等方面研究了激光-MIG复合填丝焊方法的焊接特性,并与激光-MIG复合焊进行了综合对比。试验结果表明,相同试验条件下,两种焊接接头的表面成形相当,焊缝气孔率均在0.6%以下,接头强度均达到母材的75%以上,焊接变形均在1 mm以内,与激光-MIG复合焊相比,激光-MIG复合填丝焊在不增加热输入的条件下焊接效率提高了23%。

Abstract:Aiming at the side wall of high-speed train 6 N01 aluminum alloy profile,the welding characteristics of laser-MIG hybrid wire filling welding method were studied mainly from aspects of weld formation,weld porosity,joint strength,welding deformation,welding efficiency and metallographic structure,and a comprehensive comparison was made with the laser-MIG hybrid welding. The test results show that under the same test conditions,two kinds of welding joints’ surface appearance is consistent,the weld porosity of both joints is below 0. 6%,joints’ strength reaches more than 75% of the parent metal,welding deformation is within 1 mm. Compared with the laser-MIG hybrid welding,the welding efficiency of laser-MIG hybrid wire filling welding increases by 23% under the condition of no increase in heat input.
