三种蓝莓抗氧化及抗Hep G2细胞增殖活性的比较分析

摘    要:以三种常见市售蓝莓[大兴安岭野生蓝莓(Vaccinium uliginosum L.)、贵州兔眼蓝莓(Vaccinium ashei Reade)和智利蓝莓(Vaccinium corymbosum L.)]为研究对象,研究了其总多酚、总黄酮和总花色苷含量及抗氧化活性和抗Hep G2细胞增殖活性,并分析了活性成分含量与活性功能的相关性。结果表明:大兴安岭野生蓝莓的总多酚、总黄酮和总花色苷的含量及DPPH和ABTS自由基的清除能力显著高于贵州蓝莓和智利蓝莓(p0.05);细胞抗氧化实验结果表明大兴安岭野生蓝莓的CAA(CellularAntioxidant Activity)值显著高于贵州蓝莓和智利蓝莓,为202.40±6.33μmolQE/100g鲜果(非PBS清洗处理时)和65.40±3.04μmolQE/100g鲜果(PBS清洗处理时)(p0.05);三种蓝莓均对HepG2细胞增殖有较强的抑制作用,其中大兴安岭野生蓝莓的抗HepG2细胞增殖的半数有效浓度EC50显著低于贵州蓝莓和智利蓝莓,分别为150.41±7.82、212.87±13.10和221.53±12.53 mg/mL(p0.05);蓝莓的CAA值与总多酚和总黄酮含量之间显著相关,抗Hep G2细胞增殖的EC50值与总多酚、总黄酮和总花色苷含量之间显著相关(p0.05)。以上结果表明大兴安岭野生蓝莓具有极大的开发利用优势。
