目前我国企业文化建设的误区及对策探讨

摘    要:企业文化作为一种新的管理理念,越来越显示出其管理理论的新颖性和科学性,倍受西方国家所推崇。这些年在我国很多企业也得到了推广和发展。然而,在具体化建设企业文化的过程当中,由于认识上的不足和其它多方面面因素的影响,使得该项工作走入了些误区。主要表现在只重视企业文化有形的面,或忽视以人为本的原则,或缺乏个性等等。针对这些问题,本文作了一些简要分析,并提出了一些相应的解决办法,以便抛砖引玉。

Abstract:As a new management concept,enterprise culrure,especially canonized by western countries,more and more shours its nature of novelty and science.Cuith the penetrating construction of modern enterprise system and speeding process to WTO,its popularizing and development is booming around many enterprises these years.During the course of construction,however,this subject is indulged in some false cognition for insufficient understanding and other aspects.It is materialized as follows:only attach importance to tangible sides;neglect the basic princinle of individuals;lack individuality.This naper correspondingly has provided sone brief analysis and proposed some solutions.
