高压换热器的热处理

按设备制造规范和工程设计标准、图样要求，结合生产实际，制订出高压换热器球形封头热成形加热及热处理工艺、焊前进炉预热工艺、焊后热处理工艺、最终合拢缝局部焊后热处理工艺、最后做出经验总结，作为今后尿素高压设备热处理的参考。

Heat Treatment of H.P.Heat Exchanger

According to the fabrication code, engineering design standards, drawing technical specifications, and combining with the workshop actual state, the procedure or (and) method of hot shaping heat & heat treatment of spherical heads, preheating in furnace before welding, P.W.H.T. and local P.W.H.T. of closing welds of H.P. heat exchanger were presented in this paper. In more detailed way, the local P.W.H.T. of the closing welds between spherical heads and H.P. channels was specified. And before local P.W.H.T. the procedure qualification test was introduced in order to prove that it was no bad affect to the corrosion resistant property of X2CrNiMo25-22-2 line of channels and overlay of heads resulted from the heating during local P.W.H.T.. At last , the experience conclusions were given. These may be used as reference for heat treatment procedures for (NH 2) 2CO high pressure vessels.
