热锻模具材料理想结构及其制造方法初探

摘    要:通过对热锻模的影响因素进行分析,提出热锻模材料的理想结构应包含基体区、工作区、过渡区3个部分.在普通热作模具钢表面用等离子弧喷涂优质耐热、耐磨的热作模具钢涂层,然后用电子束熔凝处理,使模具钢与涂层形成全面的冶金结合.采用这种先"喷"后"熔"的方式形成的热锻模材料理想结构将能大大提高其使用寿命.
