摘    要:
磁性元件占据了开关电源的很大部分重量和体积,提高磁性元件的功率密度是开关电源设计不懈追求的目标。所谓优化设计,就是在满足元件温升要求条件下,选用最小体积的磁芯,设计最合理的绕组,使得设计的元件功率密度最高。通过对开关电源变压器功率损耗的研究,构建了变压器损耗模型,推导出最小功率损耗的计算方法,提出一套优选磁芯和基于温升要求上限的设计方法。通过设计一台50KHz,2.8KW开关电源变压器,测试结果表明,该方法设计的变压器功率密度明显提高。

Abstract:
A method to design a transformer used in switching power supply is deduced, the transformer designed by which has 2 strongpoints: the lowest power loss and higher density of power. The density of power of the transformer designed by the method is higher than the one designed by traditional method .In addition, the math model of power loss which is more close to the reality is built in the paper.
