双闭环永磁同步电机控制系统时步有限元法的研究与应用

摘    要:近年来,随着永磁同步电机越来越多的用于伺服控制系统当中,对这类电机的动态性能的研究就显得尤为重要。传统的永磁同步电机动态分析是建立在集中参数数学模型的基础上,由于集中参数本身特别是电感参数是随电机运行而变化的,这就给仿真结果带来一定的误差;同时这种模型也无法计及电机铁磁材料的饱和效应、铁心与永磁体中的涡流效应、电枢反应以及定转子槽之间的相互移动等因素对电机动态性能的影响。而电机场路耦合有限元模型可以很好的克服传统模型的不足。本文给出了完整的永磁同步电机场路耦合有限元模型的建立过程,同时将该模型与控制策略相结合,通过对双闭环永磁同步电机控制系统实例计算分析,验证了本文工作的正确性。

Abstract:Recent years permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) has been widely used in servo system, which give prominence to the dynamic analysis of this motor. Traditional PMSM dynamic analysis is based on centralized parameters mathematical model, this model actually has some disadvantages. This paper gives the modeling process of circuit and field coupled finite element model of PMSM. This model is the best model of motor as so far. Then the authors give an application of the proposed model to a PMSM with dual closed loop.
