摘    要:传统的单相有源功率因数校正器(PFC),使用的功率器件较多,因此具有效率较低和成本较高等不足。鉴于此,提出了一种采用无桥PFC功率模块和部分PFC技术的新型单相PFC方案,在分析部分PFC的原理基础上,通过MCU软件编程给予实现。实验结果表明,该新型单相PFC方案具有校正效果良好,控制简单,成本低等优点,同时EMI得到了抑制,效率提高了2~3%。

Abstract:In the conventional single phase active PFC circuits,bringing about some problems, such as many conduction components. So the conventional single phase PFC circuits have a high cost and a low efficiency. In view of this, a new single phase PFC circuit which uses the Bridgeless PFC power module and partial PFC control method is presented. On the basis of analyzing the theory of the partial PFC, this paper realizes the PFC circuit through MCU soft programming. Experimental results show that the new single phase PFC circuit provides a high efficiency, simple control method and low cost. At the same time, the circuit limits the EMI, improves the efficiency by 2~3%
