谐振开关电容变换器潜在电路路径分析

摘    要:本文首先介绍了谐振开关电容变换器中普遍存在的潜电路现象,然后针对n阶谐振开关电容变换器的电路结构复杂的问题,提出了计算所有电路路径的连接矩阵算法以及辨别潜电路的法则。最后,以降压式开关电容变换器的潜电路为例,验证了该算法的可行性。

Abstract:Firstly, the sneak circuit phenomena in resonant switched capacitor converters are introduced. Because of the complexity of the n-stage resonant switched capacitor converters, connection matrix algorithm is proposed to identify the sneak circuit paths. At last, the validity of this algorithm is confirmed by the examples of step-down resonant switched capacitor converters.
