摘    要:级联H桥多电平逆变器可以用相对低耐压的器件满足高压、大功率应用场合的要求,因此变得越来越重要,但是其大量的使用开关器件却增加了故障出现的概率,限制了其在重要场合的应用。故此,在对级联H桥多电平逆变器的基本构成单元(单相全桥逆变器)进行研究,对其故障类型进行分类,分析其在发生故障时的电压输出波形,电流流向及其谐波特性的基础上提出了一种定位故障器件的方法。此方法可为级联式逆变器故障分析和冗余设计作参考和理论基础。

Abstract:Cascaded H-bridges inverter has become more and more popular in recent years because it can satisfy high voltage and power applications with medium volume semiconductors. However, using more semiconductors than traditional inverters would increase the fault possibility, which restricts its application in some occasion. The basic unit of cascaded H-bridges inverter (namely, single-phase full-bridge inverter) was discussed with classification of its inner faults. The output voltage, current direction as well as harmonic characteristics were analyzed. Then a fault detection and location method is proposed which could be used as the reference of fault analysis and redundancy design for cascaded H-bridges inverter.
