摘    要:首先分析了光伏电池的单指数模型和双指数模型,得出双指数模型具有更高的精度。然后利用双指数模型模拟出温度和光照强度对光伏阵列输出特性的影响。最后将双指数模型结合Boost电路,采用扰动观测法实现了对光伏阵列的最大功率跟踪,仿真结果证明了模型的通用性和算法的可行性

Abstract:Firstly, By analyzing and comparing the single index model and the double index model of PV cell, the double index model is more accurate. Secondly, the case that temperature and irradiation has an effect on PV cells can be expediently simulated by the double index model. Finally, based on the perturbation and observation method (P&O), MPPT of PV array is analyzed and realized combining with the Boost DC-DC converter. The simulation results validate the accuracy of the model and the feasibility of the algorithm
