摘    要:通过对传统MonteCarlo(MC)法的改进,提出了模拟钢板退火过程晶粒长大的新改进MC法,并与传统MC法和Radhakrishnan改进MC法进行比较。新改进的MC法主要特点是节点取向转向其他取向,只在该节点的邻近节点中选择,并且取体系能量降幅最大的取向。模拟结果表明,新改进MC法所模拟的组织最佳,晶粒长大指数n为0.47,接近理论值0.5,模拟速度较传统MC法和Radhakrishnan改进MC法更快。

Abstract:A new modified Monte Carlo algorithm (MC) for simulation of grain growth of steel plate during annealing has been proposed and compared to traditional MC algorithm and Radhakrishnan modified MC algorithm. The main features of new modified MC algorithm are lattice points reorientation attempts limiting to orientations of nearest neighbors only and to orientations of maximum system energy decrement. The simulation results show that the structure simulated by new modified MC algorithm is optimum, the grain growth exponent for new modified MC algorithm is 0.47 close to theoretical value 0.5 and the simulation speed is faster than that by traditional MC algorithm and Radhakrishnan modified MC algorithm.
