| 摘 要： | 运用数理统计的方法，建立低压线损数理统计分析的数学模型，对哈尔滨电业局的低压台区统计分类，通过对典型样本台区改造前和改造后的详细量测和数理统计分析，对哈尔滨电业局的低压线损率进行了分析评估，并对哈尔滨电业局降损的潜力进行预测。

| Abstract: | First, the mathematical mode of mathematical statistics analysis about low voltage line loss was set up using mathematical statistics method, then classification of low voltage statistic area of Harbin power bureau was done, last the low voltage line loss rate of Harbin power bureau was analyzed and estimated by measuring in details and mathematical statistics analysis of typical samples before and after modified, and the potential of reducing line loss for Harbin power bureau was predetermined in the paper. |
