特细号及细号高密织物压浆力的选择

摘    要:为提高细号高密织物及特细号高密织物的浆纱质量,在S432型浆纱机上应用不同压浆力进行了上浆实践.通过对浆纱质量及织造效果进行测试对比,认为细号高密织物适宜于采用高压上浆工艺,主压浆辊压力宜控制在24 kN左右;特细号高密织物适宜于采用中压上浆工艺,主压浆辊压力控制在15 kN左右有利于贴伏毛羽,增加被覆.

Abstract:To enhance sizing quality of fine count high density fabric and superfine count high density fabric, sizing practice in different squeezing pressure in S432 sizing machine were done. Through comparing sizing quality and weaving effect, the result shows that high pressure sizing processing should be adopted to fine count high density fabric, main squeezing roller pressure should be controlled at 24 kN, medium pressure sizing processing should be adopted to superfine count high density fabric, main squeezing roller pressure should be controlled at 15 kN, it can cover hairiness and increase coverage.
