高色价低桔霉素红曲色素的提取研究

摘    要:研究超临界CO2法对提取红曲色素和提取桔霉素的影响,并对溶剂法提取红曲色素的提取条件进行了优化。实验结果显示:超临界CO2提取对红曲色素提取率低,约为5%,但对红曲米中桔霉素的提取率很高,达到83%以上,因此先以超临界CO2法在红曲米中提出桔霉素,再以溶剂提取法提取红曲色素,便可得到高色价极低桔霉素的优质红曲红色素。

Abstract:The main study on the effect of the extract of monascus pigment and citrinin by SFO, and improved the extract condition of monascus pigment extracted by ethanol. The result showed that the extract rate of monascus pigment is low by SFO, ranges about 5%, but the extract rate of citrinin is much higher, above 83%. So we can get monascus pigment with higher color standard and lower citrinin extracted by SFO first, and then the ethanol extract.
