电力通信系统可靠性研究

摘    要:可靠性问题是电力系统的永恒主题。而电力通信系统作为现代电网控制系统的神经网络,其网络可靠性与电力系统的可靠性一起共同成就了安全、稳定运行的电力生产系统。文章对电力通信系统运行中影响其可靠性的因素进行了分析,从可靠性因果关系和网络分层的角度提出了电力通信系统可靠性研究的思路和方法。并以电力调度交换网为例,对电力通信网可靠性的指标体系的建立、评价模型的构造、评价方法步骤和可靠性管理思路进行了探讨。

Abstract:Reliability is of utmost importance in electric power system. As the control system of modern power grid,the reliability of power telecommunication system,together with the reliability of power system,plays an important role in power production.This paper analyzes the factors which affects the reliability in power telecommunication system,proposes some methods from the aspects of reliability and network layers.The reliability index system,evaluation model,evaluation method and reliability management of power telecommunication network are also discussed in the paper.
