超高功率电弧炉对电网不利影响的抑制方法研究

摘    要:超高功率炼钢电弧炉在正常生产时会对电网产生高次谐波、电压波与电压闪变、三相不平衡、功率因数低等不利影响,而且一般超过电能质量涉及剑各项指标国家标准的限制值,对这四种不利影响逐项进行了定性分析,并指出SVC是现阶段抑制其不利影响的实际应用最广、最有效和最经济的措施之一,详细地分析了TCR型SVC装置的主要组成,基本原理和常见的定容计算方法;还结合实际,说明改进电弧炉炼钢工艺、优化电弧炉的没计参数、合理选用供电电源和改进电弧炉供电设备等措施均可以减小电弧炉的不利影响。还对谐波治理与无功综合补偿的新技术-配电用静止补偿器与有源滤波器作了概述,以形成一个对电弧炉进行综合补偿的完整概念,并充分地了解其防护方法和抑制措施及其今后的发展走向,以利新技术的应用与推广。

Abstract:Ultra-high Power steel making arc furnace will produce in normal production high secondary harmonic waves & voltage flashing changes,unbalance of three phases,low power factor etc unfavourable influences,and they are generally passing over the quality of electririty energy which concerns to each item of index and the limit value of the national standard.The article carries out analysis on the features of these four kinds of unfavourable influences item by item,and points out that SVC is one of the most widely applied,most effective and most economic ways in the present period to suppress its unfavourable influences,analysing in details the main composition,basic principles and often used calculation method to set the capacity for Type TCR SVC device;the article also combines the practice,explaining to improve electric arc furnace steel making technology,optimizing the design data of electric arc furnace,selecting reasonably the power supply source and improving electric arc furnance power supplly equipment etc actions all to reduce unfavourable influences of the electric arc furnance.The article also summerizes the treatment of harmornic waves and the new technology of reactive power synthetic compensation-static compensator and wave-filter with source for power distribution,so as to form a complete concept to carry out synthetic compensation for the electric arc furnace,and sufficiently to know its protection ways and suppression measures and its future development trend,so as to be favourable for the application and popularization of the new technology.
