电化学浸渍镍电极结构的研究

摘    要:采用镍电极电化学浸渍工艺,取代目前一直使用的真空化学浸渍工艺,用于氢镍电池、镉镍电池和锌镍电池的制造,可提高电池的工作性能和寿命.介绍了用现代物理测试手段对电化学浸渍镍电极结构的研究,探讨了其性能优越的原因.

Abstract:That an electrochemical impregnation process of nickel electrode is used to manufacture nickel-hydrogen batteries, nickel-cadmium batteries and nickel-zinc batteries instead of vacuum chemical impregnation process is able to improve the performance and operating life of batteries. This paper describes the study on the structure of the nickel electrode manufactured by electrochemical impregnation process in terms of modern test methods and indicates the reasons which cause the excellent performance.
