摘    要:以乙酸和苯甲醇为原料,分子筛负载SO2-4/ZrO2作催化剂,采用微波辐射技术,合成了乙酸苄酯。探索了催化剂的制备条件及合成条件对酯收率的影响。催化剂最佳制备条件为:硫酸浸渍浓度为0.5mol/L,焙烧温度为600℃左右,焙烧时间为3~4h。最佳反应条件为:n(醇)∶n(酸)=1.0∶4.0;催化剂用量为1.5g,微波辐射功率528W,辐射时间25min,收率达88.6%。用IR、1H NMR等手段对产品进行了确证。

Abstract:In this paper acetic acid reacts with benzyl alcohol to produce benzyl acetate in microwave radiation, with molecular sieves duty SO~(2-)_4/ZrO_2 as catalyst. We considered the effect of the preparation of catalyst and the reaction condition on the yield. The best preparation state of catalyst are as follows: steeping density of sulfuric acid is 0.5 mol/L, the roasting temperature is 600℃, the roasting time is 3~4 h. The best condition of reaction are following:the mole ratio of alcohol to acid is 1.0∶4.0, the amount of catalyst is 1.5 g,the power of microwave is 528 W, the time is 25 min, the yield is 88.6%. Structure of the product was identified by methods of IR and ()~1H-NMR.
