| 摘 要： | 简要介绍Philips公司的多媒体数字信号处理器PNX1500，重点阐述以PNX1500为核心实现可视电话终端的一种方案。本方案按照ITU-T制订的H．324系列标准协议，对输入音频和视频信息分别进行了基于G．723．1协议和H．263标准的信源编码，然后，根据信息分组复用H．223标准和通信控制规程H．245标准在PSTN或在ADSL上进行传输。

| Abstract: | The paper brief introduces the multimedia digital signal processor-PNX1500 of Philips, emphasis introduces a program to implement the video telephone terminal centering on PNX1500. The program is designed according to the H.324 standard protocol of ITU-T, made an source encoding based G.723.1 protocol and H.263 standard for input audio and video information, then transports on PSTN or ADSL depends on the information packet multiplexing H.223 standard and communication control procedure H.245 standard. |
