| 摘 要： | 本文研究了路由“费用”的物理意义、“费用”和网络参数之间的关系以及不同的“费用”对通信性能和网络运行环境的影响。提出了一种广义费用的概念，将“费用”的意义明确化。通过仿真结果表明：广义费用优化既可改善网络的运行环境，也可提高通信路由的综合性能。

| Abstract: | In this paper，the physical meaning of “cost”，the relationbetween“cost”and networks parameters and the effect of “cost” on communication performan ce and operating environments of networks are studied.A general cost is put forwa r d，which specifies the meaning of cost.The results of simulations indicate that t he general cost optimization can improve integrate performance of routing and ma ke operating environments of networks better. |
