模拟集成电路直流参数测试

摘    要:集成电路产业是当今社会三大信息产业之一,集成电路技术的飞速发展必然带动集成电路测试设备的不断更新,从而降低集成电路生产成本,提高生产效益。本文给出了一种基于AD5522的模拟集成电路直流参数测试系统设计方案。该方案利用AD5522和AD974构成多通道参数测试环路,设计并实现模拟集成电路直流参数测试系统。实验结果表明,与传统测试设备比较,该测试系统具有结构紧凑、测试速度快、精度高、可操作性强等特点。

Abstract:IC industry is one of three major information industries,the development of IC technology certainly promote the update of IC testing equipment,so that to cut the cost of IC production and improve the production efficiency。A kind of design proposal of DC parameters testing of analog IC based on AD5522 is built in this paper. AD5522 and AD974 are used to constitute multi-channel testing loop,with this,we have designed and realized the DC parameters testing system of analog IC.The experiment results shows that,comparing with the traditional testing equipments,this system is smarter,faster,preciser and more operatable.
