电饭煲盖热流道注射模设计

摘    要:通过对电饭煲盖进行工艺分析,确定采用热流道注射模实现该塑料件的成型,介绍了模具的结构、工作过程及结构设计要点.利用模流分析软件进行了最佳浇口位置的分析,采用双点浇口进料,合理布置了冷却系统.多方向斜推块内抽芯机构的设计使整套模具结构紧凑、动作可靠.

Abstract:According to the technics analysis of electron-cooker cover,the hot runner injection mould was designed in order to process the plastic part.The structure characteristics,working principle and key design points of the mould were described.Best gate location of the cover was analyzed by moldflow analysis software,two pin-point gate was adopted for feeding and the mould cooling system was disposed reasonably.The structure of the mould was compact and the motion was credible by the design of different directio...
