雷达天线举升机构液压驱动系统的设计

摘    要:为了在一定高度范围内平稳地举升大中型雷达天线,提出了以液压为动力的驱动系统的设计.通过对液压驱动系统中一些关键参数的计算,确定了油缸的缸径尺寸和驱动电机的功率.经过样机调试,该液压驱动机构的举升过程平稳,可推广应用到其他需要架高工作的设备中.

Abstract:For purpose of lifting the large/median size radar antenna, a design of driving system that is powered with hydraulic was put forward. By calculating some key parameters of hydraulic driving system, the size of hydraulic cylinder and the power of driving motor were given. By debugging the prototype, it runs steadily. The hydraulic driving system can be spread to other equipment used for working in a high position.
