可编程控制器在热力站自控系统中的应用

摘    要:介绍了在集中供热工程中,PLC控制系统的结构特点。给出了控制功能框图。阐述了硬件和软件的设计方法,确定出供热给定温度的计算公式。结果表明,该系统运行以来,具有可靠性高、稳定性好、节约热能等特点,较好地解决了供暖不均的问题。

Abstract:Introduction is made to the structual features of PLC control system in centralized heat supply engineering, giving out control functional square frame diagram, describing design methods for hardware and software and determining the calculation formula of heat supply setting temperature. The result showed that since the system was put into operation it had high reliability, good stability and saving heat energy etc features.
