| 摘 要： | 由于灰色系统考虑了系统内部因素相互关系不完全清楚性，因而应用灰色局势决策法选择移民安置点，更具有客观性、科学性。以麻栗坝水库工程的移民安置为实例介绍了用灰色局势决策法对水库移民安置点进行优选的原理和方法．从而为其他水库工程的移民点选择提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | Considering the internal mutual relationship that is unclearly completely, the grey situation decision makes the selection of resettlement place alternatives more objective and scientific. This paper takes the resettlement of Maliba reservoir project as an example to explain the principles and methods of such optimization, which can be used for reference in other similar projects. |
