摘    要:湖北省建设工程质量检测(简称建工检测)实验室资源管理地理信息系统是集空间数据库管理、属性数据库管理、检测能力评价模型库管理以及结果输出于一体的信息系统。本文介绍系统的设计目标、运行环境、系统构成、系统实现、系统功能、系统成果等内容,明确今后的努力方向。该系统为充分利用现有检测资源和合理投资开发检测资源提供科学、高效、可视的信息化手段,为国家“十一五”规划中检测资源共享平台建设提供理论上和技术上的准备。

Abstract:Hubei Construction Engineering Laboratory Resources Management Geographic Information System is an integration of circulating system that consists of spatial database,property database,testing capability appraisal model warehouse management and outcome output.It is established on the principle of standardization,practicability,advancment,reliability,explanation and opening based on such technologies as the MapGIS 6.5,VC 6.0 and Visual Basic 6.0 which sustain Windows NT.This article introduces the design target,circulating condition,system structure,system realization,system function,system production and determines the direction of future efforts.This system provides a scientific,highly effective and visual means,and also the theoretical and technical preparation for the testing resources sharing platform of the state "Eleventh Five-year plan".
