| 摘 要： | 通过掌握微机防误闲锁系统的组成、防误原理、操作步骤、功能，及制定五防系统管理制度、五防钥匙管理机的使用等，来防止误拉合断路器；误入带电间隔；带负荷拉隔离开关；带接地刀闸或接地线合隔离开关；带电挂接地线或合接地刀闸五种误操作，保证安顺电网的安全运行。

| Abstract: | By mastering composition ation lock system, and establishing , anti - operation theory and function of microcomputer anti - misoper- management system of fail - safe system and service condition of fail safe key management mechanics, to prevent circuit breaker from misoperation, misleading charged in- terval, switching disconnector with load, closing disconnector with grounding switch or wire, hanging ground wire or closing grounding disconnector in charged situation, its finally ensure safe operation in An- shun power network. |
