多功能造纸助剂TX-PAMST的研制

摘    要:通过丙烯酰胺-苯乙烯共聚物乳液的霍夫曼反应制备了多功能造纸助剂TX-PAMST。在近中性造纸条件下,TX-PAMST乳液对再生瓦楞纸的抄造具有显著的助滤助留和纸张增强作用。在添加量w(TX-PAMST)=0.2%(对绝干浆)时,纸张的环压指数和干抗张指数分别提高36.8%和24.5%,打浆度和白水浊度分别降低了29.9%和57.4%。

Abstract:The TX-PAMST emulsions were prepared by Hofmann degradation of the copolymer emulsions of acrylamide(AM) and styrene(ST).Under the near neutral papermaking condition(pH 6.5),TX-PAMSTemulsions showed obvious effects on improvements of drainage,retention,strengths of paper for corrugated recycled pulp papermaking.The ring pressure index and tensile strength index of the paper were respectively increased by 36.8%and 24.5%,while the beating degree of the pulp and turbidity of the white water were decreased by 29.9%and 57.4%,respectively,at the dosage of 0.2%based on oven dry pulp.
